Cancellation Policy

Waiver of Liability Non-Medical Coaching Services Agreement I, acknowledge that I am voluntarily seeking non-medical coaching services provided by [Kimberly Mozingo/Indelible Drive, LLC]. I understand that these coaching services are designed to provide guidance, support, and personal development and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 1. Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that participating in coaching sessions involves certain risks and that I voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with these services, including but not limited to emotional distress, physical discomfort, and any other possible negative outcomes. 2. Waiver and Release In consideration of the services provided by [Kimberly Mozingo/Indelible Drive, LLC], I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue [Kimberly Mozingo/Indelible Drive, LLC], its agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in coaching sessions, including but not limited to any injuries, damages, or losses. 3. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Kimberly Mozingo/Indelible Drive, LLC], its agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to my participation in coaching sessions. 4. Confidentiality I acknowledge that all information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without my explicit consent, except as required by law. Audio/video recording will not be performed by either party or third party adjacent to services provided. 5. Non-Refundable Payment Terms I understand and agree that all payments made for coaching services are non-refundable. Once payment is made, I will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to missed sessions, dissatisfaction with services, or any other circumstances. 6. Acknowledgment of Understanding I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver of liability. I understand that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue [Kimberly Mozingo/Indelible Drive, LLC], its agents, employees, and representatives.
